Keith has a total of 47 years experience in the southern African mining industry, with 21 years of these being Mine Manager at De Beers' operations in Lesotho, Botswana and Namibia. He has an extensive knowledge of the diamond mining business and of the Letšeng Diamond mine. He has Mining Engineering and M.Sc (Geol) degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Mazvi holds a masters degree in International and Commercial Law. She joined Letšeng Diamonds from the Central Bank of Lesotho where she was the secretary to the Board a.i., during which time she served on the Board of Letšeng Diamonds as a Government appointed non-executive Director. Prior to that Mazvi was the Principal Legal Advisor to the Ministry of Natural Resources where inter alias, she participated in the negotiations of mining leases and in the drafting of the current Mines and Minerals Act 2005.

Moruti is a mining engineer with extensive cross industry experience including that of Inspector of Mines for the Lesotho Government when Letšeng last operated as a mine. He joined Letšeng Diamonds in 1999 from Loti Brick in Maseru where he was the Managing Director. He has a Mining Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Jon has extensive financial experience across a wide range of industries. Since 1993 he has been employed as Financial Manager for Netcare Medical Holdings Ltd, as well as for SAFT, a multinational logistics and maritime company. Jon joined Letšeng Diamonds in 2004. He obtained a CIS qualification while studying through the Centre for Continuing Accounting studies. - University of the Witwatersrand, MBA from Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom.

John has 27 years experience in the southern African mining industry. Of this he spent 21 years working for De Beers in South Africa and Namibia. He has gained extensive experience in various aspects of metallurgical and engineering processes related to the mining of diamonds. He also worked as an engineering manager at New Diamond Corporation (Pty) Ltd prior to joining Letšeng Diamonds in 2003.

Jan, born in Lesotho, has qualifications in building construction and quantity surveying. He has had over 15 years experience in the construction industry in Lesotho. Thereafter he took up a position as Maintenance Manager with the Lesotho Highlands Water Project. Jan has been employed at Letšeng since 2001.

Rodney has a total of 44 years experience in the South African mining industry, 27 of which were in surface mining. He has a Mine Overseer's certificate and worked at Letšeng when De Beers operated the mine.

Dan has 35 years experience in the southern and eastern African mining industry, seven years with ERPM Ltd and 29 years for the Anglo American and De Beers Groups mainly in mining and mineral resource management, in Botswana, Tanzania and finally with De Beers Marine in Namibia. Dan joined Letšeng in July 2007.

Makhema is a Lesotho national who commenced his work experience in 1979 in the South African gold mines. There, and in the South African coal mines, he obtained on the job training in nursing, blasting, loss control, safety and health. In 1991 he took up a position with the Lesotho Highlands Project as Health & Safety Manager and later as Health & Safety Officer for the consulting engineers on the Lesotho Highlands Tunnel Project. He joined Letšeng in 2004 as their Safety, Health & Environmental Manager.

Tšepo is a Lesotho national who holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Statistics. Tšepo was a Lieutenant and Platoon Commander in the Lesotho Defence Force for 10 years prior to joining Letšeng in April 2006.

Moea, a Lesotho national, completed his B.A Law degree in 2002. He has worked at the Ministry of Labour as a Principal Labour Inspector where he received training on Industrial Relations and Co-operation through joint Labour Management strategies. Subsequently he served in various tripartite bodies secretariats including the National Wages Advisory Board. ‘Moea joined Letšeng in 2007 as an Industrial Relations Officer and was promoted to the position of Human Resources Manager in November 2007.
