- The identification, assessment and management of risks to the communities in which it operates and on the basis of such risk assessment and with the involvement of the affected communities, developing written procedures to ensure safe, acceptable and effective systems of work;
- Supporting the fundamental human rights of the communities in which we operate;
- Respecting the traditional rights of indigenous people;
- Contributing to the long-term social, economic and sustainable development of the communities within which our operations are located; and
- Regularly reviewing the level of implementation of the CSR Management System, its objectives and targets to ensure they remain current and effective in terms of the organisations' operations.
