Terry spent twenty years working for Anglo American and De Beers where he gained diamond industry experience in technical, production and project management roles in both underground and surface operations. During this time he spent two years as the De Beers Group Consulting Mining Engineer and three years as the General Manager of Orapa and Lethlakane mines in Botswana. Terry was the Chairman of the Debex Board from 2002 to 2005. Terry joined Gem Diamonds in July 2005.

Peter has thirty four years' experience in the mining industry in various exploration, geological, project and operational management roles in diamonds, lead/zinc and iron ore. Peter also has fourteen years' experience in Angola including the roles of Production Manager for MATS (De Beers) and Mining Manager at SDM. Peter was Group Consultant - Mining for De Beers from February 2005 to August 2005. Peter joined Gem Diamonds in September 2005

Nick spent nineteen years with De Beers and has experience on various operations - Oranjemund, Cullinan Mine and Venetia Mine. In 1998, Nick joined SouthernEra as the Metallurgical Manager responsible for the Marsfontein and Klipspringer treatment plants and as a consultant within the SouthernEra Group where he stayed until 2004. Nick worked with ITM Mining in Angola from April 2005 to October 2005. Nick joined Gem Diamonds in November 2005.

John holds a PhD in Geology. He served as Exploration Manager at Namdeb Corporation for five years followed by eight years with De Beers’ Exploration Africa, gaining experience in several countries including DRC, CAR, Lesotho, South Africa and Namibia.

Graham spent 23 years at Anglo American and De Beers working on gold, diamonds and heavy mineral sands. He served as Mineral Resources Manager at Namdeb and Namaqualand diamond mines and in alluvial exploration projects across the globe. Graham worked from 2004 to 2005 leading the De Beers Global Exploration Targeting Team for both kimberlites and alluvials. Graham joined Gem Diamonds in August 2005.
